4. Membership

Membership is optional and free.

Becoming a member costs nothing. Your account holds your name and email.
Offers are provided by the venues. Venues may change or end them, and the venue is responsible for honouring them.
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
You can delete your account at any time on the member page.

5. Consent to location sharing

Sharing your precise location is optional and separate from agreeing to these terms.

You are asked separately, and it is off unless you turn it on.
Membership and offers work fully without it.
You can turn it off at any time; the stored positions are then deleted.

6. User Conduct

When using Amazing Buddy, you agree to:

Be respectful to all users
Provide truthful information about yourself
Comply with all applicable laws
Prioritize safety in all interactions

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Amazing Buddy. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as part of our services.

8. Disclaimer

Amazing Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We facilitate connections between users but are not responsible for user interactions that occur outside our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
